Effective 26 October 2026 · Last updated 26 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AWAS Marketing ("AWAS", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us for services. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
1. Who we are
AWAS Marketing is a performance marketing practice based in New Delhi, India, providing Meta Ads lead generation services to businesses. Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at aryan@awasmarketing.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a consultation or write to us: your name, business name, role, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your business, campaigns or sales process.
Information collected automatically. When you browse this website: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from client engagements. When a business engages us: access to its Meta Business Manager and ad accounts, campaign performance data, and the lead data its campaigns generate.
3. Lead data we handle for our clients
When we run lead generation campaigns for a client, people who submit a lead form are sharing their details with that client's business, not with AWAS. In these cases the client is the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor on its behalf.
- We process lead data only on our client's instructions, to deliver, qualify, optimise and report on its campaigns.
- We never sell lead data, reuse it for another client, or use it for our own marketing.
- When an engagement ends, we return or delete lead data held by us, as agreed with the client.
If you submitted your details through an advertisement for a business we work with, please contact that business directly to exercise your rights. We will assist them in responding.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
- To provide, manage and improve our services for clients.
- To prepare proposals, agreements and invoices.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
5. Basis for processing
We process personal data with your consent, which you give when you contact us or submit your details, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as performing a contract you have entered into with us or meeting a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM and analytics tools, under obligations of confidentiality.
- Meta Platforms, as part of running advertising campaigns, subject to Meta's own terms and policies.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand visits. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
8. Data stored outside India
Some of the tools we use, including Meta's advertising platform, may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards and transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.
9. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiry data is kept for up to [24] months unless you become a client. Client and lead data is kept for the duration of the engagement and then returned or deleted as agreed.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted access to ad accounts and lead data, secure passwords and two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected parties of a breach as required by law.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
